Phil Steinberg has a wide professional experience in many fileds and around the world, (Import-Export, Gems, Bakery, Hotels & Restaurants, Oenologie, Telecoms and more) and of course Network Marketing (since 1982).
Phil has created the MLMentors Network en 1998, and has worked as a consultant for several companies, on and off-line, MLM and traditional.
He is also Vice-President of a Humanitarian Organisation, in which he finds the roots of his vision of MLM: "Humanism".
Founder and Administrator of several Companies he has for passion Project Management, as well as Network Marketing (in short anything that implies "people"). Visionnary, he is always ahead of time in all his projects.
Thanks to many years of success in Network Marketing and the encounter with numbers of professionals sharing the same vision and understanding of our industry, the MLMentors Network has grow to what it was meant to be.

I have accumulated professional experiences in many fields throughout these past 22 years, but it was only as a self-employed that I have found I could achieve more in life and enhance my overall professional background. As such, I have worked as a Professioanl Translator/Interpreter and as a Foreign Language Trainer for many worldwide leader multinational companies such as Amcor, Coca-Cola, Crown Cork, BASF, Procter & Gamble, Mobil, Avery Danisson, Dow Chemical and many others. I have also provided services as an Intermediary Agent at the business start-up phase for some International companies from which I was able to gather a wealth of information in several fields such as law, accounting, finance, plant management, human resources and so forth. Needless to say that such experience has enriched my professional endeavours to date.
In the MLM arena (which I think is where everyone should be somehow involved) I have been living and learning so much I could ever possibly imagine. The art of building, supporting, coaching and training people while building a distribution network is so intense and challenging that once you merge into it you will find that there is no way-out until you help your team members reach their goals, achieve their targets and accomplish their dreams. Since the year 2002 I have dedicated myself to training and coaching people in this industry while building a network of leaders and a distribution chain of products/services all around the blue. It has been such an experience. I guess I can say that Network Marketing is among the most exciting experiences I have had in life.
