“The mission of the MLMentors Network is to build an organised and coherent group of professional networkers.”

In pursuit of this mission, the MLMentors Network:

• Provides a coaching & mentoring environment for people who are like-minded when it comes to striving for success by sharing and learning together and providing support for each other in a non-competitive environment
• Teaches the value of TEAM Spirit, TEAM Work and TEAM unity
• Teaches our unique approach to TEAM structure which is designed to help with GROWTH & RETENTION - critical for long-term success in the network marketing business. It is one thing to recruit and sponsor people into your organization, but another thing to retain the majority of these people over the long haul
• Creates cohesiveness, synergy and gel amongst our members, which leads to a powerful marketing team and structure, that will attract both new members who will be queuing to join our group and companies who would be fighting to attract us to their program.
• Offers the Services and Professionalism of our TEAM to a selected company that will have been chosen for its qualities and potential
• Creates a presence in most countries of the world with free Coaching/Mentoring by powerful Leaders in many languages through the MLMentors Academy - a journey up the STEPS--->TO--->SUCCESS from: MLM Beginner -to- Breaking Even -to- Showing a Profit -to- Successful Entrepreneur, all in a team environment.
• Is managed in a democratic manner with a board of directors that work together, take decisions and make choices for the good of all
• Has a board of leaders from various countries to bring in their insights and ideas and through team-work create structural organizations globally, ie: events, seminars, webinars

The MLMentors Network is founded on the following beliefs and values:

• There are literally millions of people around the world who are at approximately the same stage in their MLM business development; i.e. somewhere between "How do I get started (or re-started)"? and, "Why am I constantly struggling to succeed?"
• The only way to achieve success in the mlm industry is by being part of a TEAM that connect to each other and remain united where by we become more than just business partners, but also become lifelong friends. No matter what may happen to the company, it is the team that is important and not the product or the company.
